In celebration of Axel Foley’s long-awaited return in Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F, we’re going back to the beginning. The Egyptian is proud to present Beverly Hills Cop and Beverly Hills Cop II - both in 35mm! - as a look back at the first appearances of Eddie Murphy’s most iconic character, with special theatrical screenings of Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F to follow.

The new film has its share of fresh and returning cast members. Returning from the original films are Murphy (Coming to America, Dolemite Is My Name, You People), Judge Reinhold (Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Gremlins) as Billy Rosewood, and John Ashton (Some Kind of Wonderful, Midnight Run), plus Paul Reiser (Aliens, Stranger Things) as Jeffrey Friedman and Bronson Pinchot (Perfect Strangers, Risky Business) as Serge. And joining the cast are Taylor Paige (Zola, Ma Rainey's Black Bottom) as Axel's daughter Jane, Joseph Gordon-Levitt (The Trail of the Chicago 7, Inception) as Detective Bobby Abbott and Kevin Bacon (Leave the World Behind, Footloose) as police captain Cade Grant.
